Eligibility criteria for MSEDCL 2016 Deputy Manager and Other Jobs:
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Executive Engineer (Dist): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology with 09 years’ post qualification experience (with 2 Years as Additional executive) in relevant field.
- Addl. Executive Engineer (Dist): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology with 7 years’ Post Qualification Experience.
- Dy. Executive Engineer (Dist): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology with 3 years’ Post Qualification Experience.
- Senior Manager (HR): MBA/MMS/MPM (HR/ Personnel) or MSW/MLS or equivalent (HR/Personnel) with proficiency in MS Office with 5 Years Post Qualification experience in relevant field.
- Manager (HR): MBA/MMS/MPM (HR/ Personnel) or MSW/MLS or equivalent (HR/Personnel) with proficiency in MS Office with minimum 3 Years post qualification experience in relevant field.
- Dy. Chief Industrial Relation Officer: Should have a Degree or Diploma with Industrial Relations as one of the subjects recognized by the Govt. of Maharashtra and should have adequate knowledge of Hindi and Marathi with minimum 9 years of post qualification experience in concerned field.
- Senior Manager (F&A): should be associate member of ICAI/ ICWA with 5 years’ post qualification experience (2 Years as Deputy manager (F& A)in relevant field.
- Deputy Manager (F&A): should have completed CA Inter/ ICWA/ with 1 year experience and MBA (Finance)/ M.Com with 3 years experience.
- Public Relations Officer: Degree/PG (Journalism/Mass Communication) with proficiency in MS Office with 3 years’ post qualification experience.
Age Limit:
- Executive Engineer (Dist)/ Addl. Executive Engineer (Dist)/Senior Manager (HR)/ Manager (HR)/ Senior Manager (F&A)/Deputy Chief Industrial Relations Officer: 40 years
- Deputy Executive Engineer (Dist)/ Public Relations Officer/Deputy Manager (F&A): 35 years
(Age relaxation is allowed for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories as per the Govt. of India Guidelines, Age limit for the Departmental (Employees of MSEDCL) candidates is 57 years.)
