UPSC CAPF Examination 2016: Apply on or before 08 April; Exam Date 26 June 2016
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invited application for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Examination 2016. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application on or before 08 April 2016. The examination is scheduled to be held on 26 June 2016.
The Commission has initiated the application procedure from 12 March 2016 onwards (NOTICE NO.07/2016-CPF). The examination will be held for recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) comprising Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum educational qualification of Graduate (from any recognized University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification). Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and send the applications along with other necessary documents so as to reach on or before 08 April 2016 with application fees of Rs 200.
