HPPSC Recruitment 2016 for 59 Agriculture Development Officer & Other Posts
Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) invited applications for the post of Agriculture Development Officer. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 16 May 2016.
Under HPPSC Recruitment 2016, out of total 59 posts, 43 posts are for Agriculture Development Officer, 01 post for Professor (Electrical Engineering), 02 posts for Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering), 05 posts for Commandant / Junior Staff Officer and 08 posts for Special Post Graduate Teachers (SPGT).
Eligibility for Agriculture Development Officer: B.Sc. (Agr.) under four years programme and M.Sc. (Agr.) 2nd Class from a College / Institutions/ University recognized by the State / Central Government / ICAR.
Eligibility for Professor (Electrical Engineering): BE/B. Tech. and ME/M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D. publication and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable.
Eligibility for Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering): B.E./ B.Tech. and ME/ M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with first class or equivalent either in BE/ B. Tech. or ME/ M. Tech. If a class/division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/division.
Eligibility for Commandant / Junior Staff Officer: Retired / released Army Officer of the Indian Armed Force of the rank of Captain or above, who has served as Commissioned Officer (other than honorary) for a period of at least 3 years. Or Graduate of a recognized university.
Eligibility for Special Post Graduate Teachers: A second class Master Degree in Hindi/English/History/ Home Science from any recognized University with Hindi as one of the subject at the Graduation level. ii)B.Ed. Special Education (Visually Impairment). OR Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (Visually Impairment) with B.Ed in General Education. OR Diploma in Special Education (Visually Impairment) /Diploma in Education in Special Education (Visually Impairment) with B.Ed. in General Education.
