Indian Air Force (IAF) invited applications for recruitment to 226 Group ‘C’ posts. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 01 May 2016 (30 days from the date of publication of advertisement).
Under IAF Recruitment 2016 out of total 226 posts, vacancies are available in various units of Headquarter Maintenance Command Units.
Eligibility for Blacksmith and Welder: ITI with 02 years of experience.
Eligibility for Wireless Operator Mechanic (WOM): ITI with 02 years of experience or Ex-serviceman from Wireless operator mechanic trade with 03 years experience.
Eligibility for Machine Tool Setter and Operator (MTSO): ITI with 02 years experience or Ex-Serviceman from Machine Tool Setter and Operator Trade with 03 years service
Eligibility for Armourer HSW Grade II: ITI with 02 years experience or Ex-Serviceman from Armourer trade with 03 years service
Eligibility for Fitter Mechanical Transport: ITI in appropriate/ akin field or trade fitter mechanical transport or Ex serviceman in appropriate trade with 05 years experience
Eligibility for AC/ Mechanic: ITI in appropriate/ akin field or trade fitter mechanical transport with 03 years or Ex serviceman in appropriate trade with 05 years experience
Eligibility for Painter: ITI in Painter trade
Eligibility for Carpenter: ITI in Carpenter
Eligibility for Leather Worker: ITI in Leather Goods Maker or Ex-serviceman in appropriate trade with 05 years experience
Eligibility for Tailor: ITI in Tailor or Ex-serviceman in appropriate trade
Eligibility for Draughtsman Grade II: Matriculation and 02 years’ Diploma in Mechanical Drawing or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Draughtsmanship and 05 years experience
Eligibility for Superintendent (Store): Graduate
